This course, titled "Holistic Care for Women," is designed to empower participants through the knowledge and practice of healing and wellness techniques specific to the female life cycle. Throughout three sections, participants will explore the connection between body and mind, learn about the importance of self-care during the different stages of motherhood, and discover how to use art therapy and yoga tools to enrich their emotional and physical well-being. Each section will include practical exercises, personal reflections, and the opportunity to share experiences in a supportive environment. Upon completion of the course, participants will have the necessary tools to care for themselves and strengthen their connection to their femininity and motherhood, paving the way for a more fulfilling and conscious life.
